Online participation in the meeting is provided as a supplementary service. The available technology and logistics (particularly with an outdoor meeting) will limit the interaction that you may be able to have with the meeting. We will ask that you keep your microphone muted to minimize background noise.  There will be someone (the meeting host) that will use the meeting chat to help you to raise questions (noting that we will have to keep this interaction with the physical meeting organised so that there is no talking over the top of others). We will endeavor to provide the best experience that we can but if you wish to record your vote please contact the Secretary (prior to the meeting) to arrange for a Proxy.

You can use ZOOM from any computer (incl laptop) or smart device (Smart phone or Tablet).  If using a desktop computer be sure that it has a microphone and speakers. Laptops and smart devices will have a those built in.  Or you can attach a headset.

ZOOM – how to join a meeting – this video shows three different ways.  We are using the first option, joining from an email link. NOTE: if this is the first time you will need to download/install the Zoom client app (takes about 10 seconds)

First big tip for the un-initiated:
These buttons that are situated  down on the bottom left (of the Zoom screen) are to Mute/Unmute your microphone and to Start/Stop your camera.  If you are talking and think nobody is listening you are probably on Mute
